Job Description
We are seeking a talented Analog Design Engineer to lead the development of innovative power converter architectures. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing high-performance switching converters and pushing the boundaries of efficiency, transient performance, and power consumption.
This role requires expertise in analog and mixed-signal design, with experience in switching DCDC regulators design. The candidate should be able to innovate and drive complex power converter analog circuits, manage design workloads, delegate tasks, and deliver accurate and aggressive design schedules.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional engineers, operate with block ownership, and drive all aspects of the block design tasks to successful completion. You will also manage the design phase to efficiently utilize scarce project resources, anticipate and highlight any risks in the design schedule, and implement plans to mitigate these risks.
Responsibilities may include leading an Analog IC design with product ownership and responsibility from definition to release to manufacturing, directing, guiding, and participating in activities of a research or technical design function responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating electronic parts, components, integrated circuits for a variety of applications, making assignments for team members, providing design guidance as needed, developing schedules, and monitoring progress throughout the project, evaluating intermediate and final results of projects during the design phase and during silicon evaluation, to ensure accomplishment of technical objectives.
