Job Description:

Lead innovation in power electronics by driving the development of cutting-edge power converters. Develop and execute a strategic technology roadmap to drive growth and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-performing engineering teams responsible for designing, developing, and testing innovative power converter solutions.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from architecture and simulation to design, prototyping, verification, and validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide specification, modeling, and design of complex power electronics systems.
  • Ensure adherence to rigorous engineering best practices, project timelines, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to build and manage a technically excellent team.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including third-party design vendors and test infrastructure partners.
  • Define and execute technical documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test plans.
  • Drive seamless product launches by collaborating with product management, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 15+ years of experience in power electronics R&D, with 7+ years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in gate driver design, bridge rectifier design, and multi-level converter topologies. Strong understanding of power semiconductor devices, including Thyristors, Si-IGBTs, and SiC-MOSFETs. Hands-on experience in hardware debugging, test bench setups, and system validation. Excellent leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional communication skills.
