About the JobWe are seeking a skilled professional to lead the design of high-performance power converter circuits. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analog and mixed-signal design, with a strong understanding of switching DCDC regulators and their applications in custom IC development.Key Responsibilities:* Lead the design of complex power converter circuits, including Buck, Boost, Buck-Boost, Inverting Buck-Boost, and SIMO converters.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer requirements.* Develop and maintain expertise in advanced design tools and technologies, including SPICE, Spectre, Maestro, Midas, Raaga, and VPS.* Work closely with customers to understand their design needs and provide expert guidance on power converter design.* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in power converter design and technology.

Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of study.* 2-5 years of experience in analog circuit design and switching converter design.* Strong knowledge of device physics and process technologies tradeoffs applicable to Power IC design.* Expertise in tools such as Spectre, Simplis, Matlab, and AMS.* System-level understanding and analysis, with ability to translate requirements to an IC spec level.* IC system partitioning and architectural tradeoff analysis.
