About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Power Electronics Engineer to lead our team in designing, developing and testing innovative power electronics systems. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality products that meet industry standards and regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities

    ">
    • Develop and implement system architecture, inverter/converter topologies, printed circuit boards, thermal management, and product enclosures.
    • Model, develop, and test power electronics systems, including test and validation plans.
    • Ensure compliance with various industry standards and regulations in aerospace/medical/defense/automotive/consumer/industrial domains.
    • Design and develop power conversion topologies, DC/DC, AC-DC, PFC Converters, DC/AC Inverters, Motor Control, high-voltage/high-power converters, Micro-controllers & Peripherals HW, Digital System, Analog Electronics Design, Magnetics Design (High Frequency Inductors/Switched Mode Flyback/Forward Transformers).
    • Capture requirements, create high-level product conception, and product specifications based on customer requirements.
    • Lead the design and testing team in designing, simulating, and testing power electronics, analog, and digital electronics circuits.
    • Optimize designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability.
    • Draft reports, review work schedules, maintain work system logs, and provide deliverables like Bill-of-Materials, block-diagrams, schematics, PCB design documentation, specifications, test data results, and other necessary documentation.

  • Requirements

    ">
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
    • Expertise in power electronics, system architecture, inverter/converter topologies, printed circuit boards, thermal management, and product enclosures.
    • Experience in modeling, development, and testing of power electronics systems.
    • Excellent technical engineering knowledge coupled with solid people leadership skills.
