Electrify Your Career as a Power Electronics Expert

Are you passionate about pioneering innovation in electrified powertrain projects? Do you have a knack for designing and developing high-voltage electrical systems?

We are seeking an experienced High Voltage Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key player in this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing thorough power electronics systems engineering and failure analysis to guarantee robust design and effective issue resolution.
  • Applying strong technical knowledge of chargers, converters, inverters, electric machines, batteries, thermal management, EMI/EMC, and mechanical systems.
  • Acting as the Electrical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HV powertrain systems, creating and maintaining accurate high-voltage electrical schematics and block diagrams.
  • Coordinating and managing electrical specifications across multiple system components and engineering teams.
  • Conducting electrical modelling and simulation for power electronics and powertrain integration using tools like MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Driving system-level requirements engineering and ensuring verification through traceable validation methods.
  • Investigating root causes and implementing corrective/preventive actions for quality issues using structured methodologies like 8D.
  • Supporting Design FMEA development, Functional Safety (ISO 26262) activities, and overall powertrain integration.
  • Contributing to the design and release of HV system architectures across electrified powertrain platforms, including production-intent programs.
  • Providing expert support during system-level testing and analyzing rig test results to inform system improvements.

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and significant experience in high-voltage power electronics systems. A Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and direct experience with BEV, MHEV, and PHEV powertrain architectures and technologies would be highly desirable.
