Wood Coating Business Developer

As a Wood Coating Business Developer, you will be responsible for managing and growing wood coating dealer and contractor networks. You will generate site leads, conduct samplings, and drive business through targeted products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies to increase the wood coating dealer network
  • Manage relationships with existing contractors to expand their involvement in our wood coating offerings
  • Create and implement plans to generate site leads from premium wood coatings
  • Conduct on-site sampling events for dealers, contractors, architects, and interior designers
  • Briefing dealers on our extensive range of wood coatings and driving sales with tailored schemes and products
  • Maintain regular interactions with influential professionals like architects, building contractors, painters, etc. to foster business growth
  • Collaborate with the retail team to ensure optimal visibility of our wood coating products at store counters
  • Document plans and daily reports in CRM/Flo app, etc.
  • Achieve targeted weighted reach and numeric reach in the assigned territory
  • Meet targeted PU tinting CCD reach objectives within the designated territory
