Pacific Foods is a leading provider of organic spices, oils, and other specialty foods. We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on location and experience.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional client-facing professional to manage our client relationships, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Order and logistics coordination, including order placement, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Documentation and compliance, managing exports-related documentation and ensuring adherence to international food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Product knowledge, maintaining in-depth knowledge of Pacific Foods' product range and educating clients on specifications, private labeling options, and packaging details.
  • Problem resolution, handling client complaints professionally and working towards timely resolutions.
  • Feedback and reporting, collecting and reporting client feedback to improve services and products.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a client service role, preferably in the food or export industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of international shipping and customs procedures.
