In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Software Licensing Management: Oversee the procurement, distribution, and renewal of software licenses to ensure compliance with licensing agreements and optimize licensing costs.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with software vendors, negotiate contracts and renewals, and monitor vendor performance to meet organizational needs.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting: Create and maintain advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau, analyze software usage, licensing trends, and project data to support decision-making, and generate periodic reports for internal stakeholders.
  • SAP Reporting: Utilize SAP to generate reports and monitor project status, renewals, and licensing metrics, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting for all software-related transactions.
