About the Job

As a key member of our HR team, the Senior HR Executive plays a pivotal role in maintaining employee records, analyzing HR reports, and driving organizational growth.

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR software to ensure accurate data management.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards for senior review, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Utilize data tools to extract valuable insights, informing strategic initiatives.
  • Support the development and implementation of systems and policies that promote a positive work culture and drive business outcomes.
  • Manage and resolve queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner, fostering a healthy and productive work environment.
  • Design and implement training & development programs to promote professional growth and enhance skills.
  • Drive engagement activities, promoting a positive working culture and encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems, driving high performance and achievement across all levels of the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced Excel skills with hands-on experience, including proficiency in Macros and Pivot tables.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis tools, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong ability to work with large datasets, managing and interpreting information from employees.
  • Primary role as an HR expert, with secondary responsibilities in HR activities such as PMS, Recruitment, etc.
