Senior Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an accomplished Senior HR Generalist to drive organizational success.

As a seasoned professional, you will possess:

  • A deep understanding of aligning HR practices with business objectives to drive performance and growth.
  • Proficiency in leveraging HR data for decision-making and tracking key performance metrics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should possess smart problem-solving abilities and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in driving and managing performance cycles effectively.
  • Proficiency in reporting and dashboard using Excel.
  • Strong track record of designing and implementing engagement strategies.
  • Experience in planning and executing employee reward programs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM specializing in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • High proficiency level in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, and alike.
