Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Communication Planning:
    • Develop and execute long-term communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Identify key communication opportunities and optimize messaging for impact and relevance.
  • Media Relations Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local, and international media outlets.
    • Ensure consistent and accurate media coverage of company achievements, projects, and corporate activities.
  • Crisis Communication:
    • Develop crisis communication plans to mitigate risks to company reputation.
    • Ensure preparedness for handling crises effectively with clear, concise, and rapid communication responses.
  • Internal Communication:
    • Oversee internal communication strategies to ensure effective information flow within the organization.
    • Foster employee engagement by ensuring transparent and consistent messaging.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Communication:
    • Manage communication strategies around CSR initiatives to highlight company contributions to society.
    • Promote sustainability and social responsibility activities to enhance corporate reputation.
  • Content Development & Quality Assurance:
    • Oversee the creation of high-quality content for press releases, newsletters, reports, and digital platforms.
    • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to communication standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate communication, public relations, or media relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
