Job Title: Financial Director
\We are seeking a skilled financial professional to oversee various finance-related projects and initiatives. This role will involve developing comprehensive program strategies, managing project plans, creating budgets, and engaging with stakeholders.
\Key Responsibilities:\- Program Development: Create and maintain program roadmaps for multiple key initiatives around cost transformations, AI solutions, product enhancements, process redesign, and global enterprise programs.
- Project Management: Plan and track project progress, establish KPIs, and identify obstacles to ensure timely execution.
- Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Develop and monitor program budgets, allocate resources effectively, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage stakeholder engagement, communicate project plans and status, risks and escalations, and project deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to anticipate and respond to changing strategic priorities.
\Requirements:\- Experience: Proven experience in finance management, project planning, and budgeting.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
