Job Title: Program Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Director to spearhead our initiatives in supporting gifted children through a parent-led approach.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and optimize strategic plans to design, scale, and deliver programs for maximum impact and sustainability.
  • Initiative Design: Create and launch targeted initiatives to achieve defined objectives and performance targets, ensuring alignment with program vision and goals.
  • Platform Management: Establish and manage digital delivery platforms to facilitate large-scale dissemination of programs, ensuring accessibility, efficiency, and seamless user experience.
  • Performance Indicators: Set up clear performance indicators and measurable outcomes to assess program effectiveness, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance performance.
  • Curriculum Development: Oversee the development of comprehensive curricula fostering holistic growth, cognitive development, emotional well-being, and core values in children.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the recruitment, training, and management of high-performing operations teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Organizational Alignment: Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive organizational alignment, streamline operations, and ensure seamless execution of programs.
