Job Overview:

The Director of Experiential Learning will be responsible for spearheading the development, management, and scaling of high-impact experiential learning opportunities for undergraduate students beyond the classroom.

This position requires strong organizational skills, creativity in program design, and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute UG Outclass challenges that deliver measurable learning outcomes, industry exposure, and skill development
  • Track participation, outcomes, and feedback to refine and improve future editions
  • Coordinate with students regarding Outclass activities, communications, and logistics
  • Support timetabling, attendance, LMS updates, and record-keeping for Outclass sessions
  • Collaborate with mentors, facilitators, and industry experts to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Plan and execute Outclass-linked showcases and events across the UG program
  • Handle end-to-end logistics: requirements gathering, mentor coordination, budgeting, and on-ground execution
  • Manage reimbursements, student winnings, and finance coordination for Outclass activities
  • Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and communication of all initiatives
  • Resolve student operational queries and IT/logistical needs quickly

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in education operations, student engagement, or experiential learning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, reporting, and student communication systems

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of relevant professional experience
