Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to lead its program management efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing and developing the skills of elected representatives, political and social workers, as well as people involved in institutions and start-ups in social and political organizations.

The organization has a special consultative status provided by the United Nations Economic and Social Council, making it a unique institution in the entire Indian subcontinent.

Key responsibilities include establishing goals, prioritizing projects, creating standards, and monitoring quality and outcomes of programs from offer to execution. Additionally, the candidate will need to work with all other stakeholder departments to ensure seamless collaboration.

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in planning, publicity, report writing, program proposals, printing, book creation, documentation, etc. preferably in a social organization.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 10 years' experience with minimum 5 years in training & program management for NGOs, government & semi-government bodies
  • Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi & English (written & spoken)
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in word, excel & PowerPoint
