  • Develop a compelling case for change and roadmap for execution in partnership with diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and momentum.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the transition process.
  • Identify potential risks associated with transitions and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on program success.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in leading end-to-end process migrations and transitions, program management, and change management.
  • Proven track record in leading and delivering multiple projects within organizational constraints.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and cultures.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
