Lead ERP Engineering Expert

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle ERP Finance solutions, specifically General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, and EPM integration. This knowledge is essential for ensuring alignment with enterprise finance transformation standards.

This role involves leading end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle ERP Finance solutions, including defining reusable patterns, influencing solution architecture, and mentoring peers to enhance the overall capability of the team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver Oracle Fusion GL and Subledger Accounting processes, ensuring compliance with US Reporting requirements.
  • Define and enforce solution architecture patterns for ERP-EPM integrations covering FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and EPRCS.
  • Oversee end-to-end lifecycle delivery: requirements, design, configuration, testing, documentation, cutover, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Partner with Finance leadership to align technology capabilities with close, budgeting, and reporting cycles.
  • Provide architectural oversight for data flows, reconciliations, EDMCS governance, and reporting across ERP and EPM.
  • Lead design and oversight of integrations within Oracle ERP/EPM and with external platforms and vendor-owned applications, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient data flows.
  • Mentor Engineers and Senior Engineers, guiding technical reviews and ensuring solution quality.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects and global ERP leaders to drive long-term roadmap execution.
