**Job Title:** Senior Procurement Specialist

**Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide day-to-day support for procurement modules, monitor system performance, and resolve technical and functional issues.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for procurement modules including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the system.
  • Support integration between the system and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, SSO, middleware).
  • Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
  • Document support procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end-users.
  • Liaise with vendors for issue resolution and product updates.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

**We are looking for an individual with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in procurement systems.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications or training in procurement and finance.
  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices.
