Procurement Specialist: Ariba Solutions

A senior procurement specialist is required to configure and implement Ariba solutions, providing support for supplier management and ensuring system integration.
The consultant will offer user training and resolve issues that arise during the deployment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Ariba configuration and implementation, as well as knowledge of supplier management processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Configure and implement Ariba solutions across multiple platforms
- Provide expert support for supplier management, including data analysis and issue resolution
- Ensure seamless system integration, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance
- Develop and deliver comprehensive user training programs, focusing on efficient system usage and best practices
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as needed
Requirements for this role include:
- Proven experience in Ariba configuration and implementation, with a strong understanding of supply chain management principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations
Travel expectations for this role include occasional onsite visits, typically lasting 6 months at a time.
