Financial Planning and Budgeting Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Budgeting Expert to lead the development of financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for our global marketing organization. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing campaign spend, conducting variance analysis, and delivering actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets that align with business objectives
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize investments
  • Collaborate with senior marketing leaders to drive cost efficiencies and maximize returns on investment
  • Present financial performance and trends to stakeholders, including detailed analysis and recommendations
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy in tools like Allocadia and Ariba
  • Drive process improvements and automation across marketing finance workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a marketing finance function
  • Proven expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Hands-on experience with Allocadia, Ariba, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
  • Strong communication skills – ability to simplify complex data for non-financial audiences
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work under tight deadlines
