Global Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled financial leader to oversee our global finance team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Responsibilities:
  • Review month-end activities performed by the team, including journal entry review through Blackline.
  • Prepare BS and P&L flux analysis in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Review BS reconciliation of GLs in detail, making sure all necessary backups are available and well documented.
  • Handle queries from Audit and Tax teams.
  • Drive simplification projects.
  • Provide solutions to multiple stakeholders on ad-hoc and regular queries.
  • Establish effective communication between the team and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential solutions to automate manual activities via transformation projects.
  • Coach team members to build a strong team.

Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of work experience in Finance Controllership/Consolidations, Inter-Company Accounting.
  • Thorough knowledge of Accounting Standards and their application.
  • Experience in handling reconciliations.
  • Month-end close experience required.
  • Transformation projects experience desirable.
  • Team handling experience required.
  • Experience in handling multiple stakeholders from different global regions.

Technical Skills:
  • ERP systems knowledge (SAP).
  • Blackline (good to have).
  • Reporting System (Oracle FCCS & PBCS) - good to have.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
