About the Role
  • To manage and control the financial affairs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive budgets and forecasts to support business growth and strategic planning.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential financial risks, ensuring the organization's assets are protected and its reputation is maintained.
  • Talent Management: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
