Job Title: Senior Finance Operations Manager

Are you a seasoned finance professional with expertise in Master Data Management and Shared Service Centers? Do you have a passion for streamlining financial processes and improving data quality? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Operations Manager to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions across various business units, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency.

    • Develop and maintain comprehensive data governance policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and security of financial data.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, automating manual tasks and increasing productivity.

    • Work closely with IT to develop and deploy technology solutions that support MDM initiatives, including data migration, validation, and reporting.

    • Provide thought leadership on data management best practices, staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.

    • Identify areas for cost savings and process efficiencies, implementing changes that drive business value.

    • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT, and other functional teams.

  • Requirements:

    • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in finance operations, with a focus on Master Data Management and Shared Service Centers.

    • Proven track record of implementing successful data management initiatives, driving process improvements, and reducing costs.

    • Expertise in SAP (HANA) and experience with RPA tools is highly desirable.

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    • Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance degree is preferred.
