  • Compliance & Risk Management">

  • Ensure full compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS and relevant regulatory frameworks, overseeing audits, statutory filings, tax planning, and reporting accuracy.

  • Monitor financial risk and develop mitigation strategies, implementing controls to ensure the integrity of financial operations.

  • Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement">

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, investors, and external auditors, providing trusted advice and guidance on financial matters.

  • Foster a culture of transparency and collaboration, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement across departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
">
  • 7–10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of UK accounting practices, GAAP/IFRS compliance, and taxation.
">
  • Proven experience in Fintech, Financial Services, or Consulting preferred.
