Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

Our organization is seeking a seasoned finance professional to play a key role in shaping its financial strategy. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be able to handle large volumes of data, and provide actionable insights to support informed decision-making.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing comprehensive MIS reports, driving financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • They will also manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes efficiently, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and prepare Balance Sheets in accordance with IFRS/IGAAP standards.
  • Additionally, the candidate should have prior experience in audit coordination, preferably with Big 4 firms, and apply advanced knowledge of direct, indirect, and deferred taxation.
  • They must be flexible, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines while communicating fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications:

  • Masters in Commerce or MBA (Finance), CA, IPCC, or PCC qualifications are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential.
  • A strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail is necessary to excel in this role.
