Job Title: Treasury Manager

The company is seeking a skilled and experienced Treasury Manager to oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, investments, and financial risk management.

  • Key responsibilities include monitoring daily cash flows, working capital, and liquidity requirements.
  • Forecasting short-term and long-term cash positions to ensure adequate funding.
  • Optimizing the utilization of surplus funds through safe investment options.
  • Managing relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
  • Negotiating favorable terms for loans, credit facilities, and banking services.
  • Ensuring efficient handling of LCs, BGs, forex transactions, and trade finance instruments.
  • Identifying and mitigating financial risks related to interest rates, forex, and credit exposure.
  • Complying with RBI regulations, FEMA, SEBI guidelines, and company policies.
  • Providing treasury-related data for statutory and internal audits.
  • Supporting fundraising, loan structuring, and debt refinancing.
  • Managing repayment schedules and interest obligations.
  • Collaborating with senior management on capital allocation strategies.
  • Preparing treasury MIS reports for leadership on liquidity, debt, and investments.
  • Conducting scenario analysis and stress testing for risk preparedness.
