Job Title: Senior Visual Communications Specialist

About this role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced visual communications specialist to lead our in-house graphics team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing creative and visually appealing designs for educational content, as well as experience managing workflow and assigning tasks to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of creative and visually appealing designs for educational content.
  • Manage the workflow and assign tasks to team members to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to the graphics team to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand graphic needs and deliverables.
  • Oversee the creation of digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media content, website graphics, and educational resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (12+ years) in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles in Edtech industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
  • Proficiency in audio cleaning and enhancement techniques.
