Visual Designer Position Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Visualizer to create engaging visual stories across digital, print, and event platforms. As a key contributor to our brand identity, you will craft compelling narratives that drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design visually appealing landing pages, banners, and creatives for website content.
  • Develop engaging social media posts, stories, and ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.
  • Design infographics, headers, and visuals for blog articles and long-form content.
  • Create mobile-friendly email templates that align with our brand's aesthetic.
  • Design event materials such as banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise.
  • Build professional pitch decks and presentations that effectively communicate our message.
  • Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to enhance digital content.
  • Maintain a cohesive visual language across all marketing channels.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in design, preferably in marketing or creative agencies.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma for daily design tasks.
  • Experience with video editing and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
  • Ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs.
