Job Title: Visual Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms.

Responsibilities include creating high-quality 2D vector illustrations for digital and print media, developing creative concepts, mood boards, and storyboards for branding, marketing, and website design, working closely with web developers to create visually engaging website designs, ensuring UI/UX consistency across digital platforms by integrating design best practices, presenting and explaining creative concepts visually and through PowerPoint presentations, developing branding materials, social media assets, infographics, and marketing collateral, conducting research to stay ahead of design trends, industry standards, and competitor strategies, and experimenting with new tools and techniques to enhance creative output.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, illustration, editing, and visual communication.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing work in vector design, branding, UI/UX, and marketing materials.
  • Experience with moodboard creation and creative storytelling.
  • The ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging designs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D modeling.
  • Experience in brand strategy and visual identity development.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, or WordPress for web design collaboration.
  • Prior work in a fast-paced startup or agency environment.
