Job Overview:

A Banking Alliance Manager is responsible for forging and maintaining strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and other key players to expand the business scope of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess potential partners by analyzing their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with our business objectives.
  • Determine the alignment of their goals with ours and evaluate the associated risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with partner banks through regular communication and clear expectations.
  • Negotiate agreements that ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions aligned with our strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with our business goals.
  • Drive growth and new initiatives by collaborating with partners to identify and implement joint growth opportunities.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field with 3-7 years of experience in the financial services sector.
  • A proven track record of generating growth using data-driven insights to inform opportunity identification and prioritization.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing market conditions.
  • Strong professional networks within the banking and financial industries.
