Job Description:
We require a highly motivated professional with 4-10 years of experience in implementing Infor Global HR/Lawson solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system design, configuration, integration, testing, and maintenance. They must also possess hands-on expertise in at least one of the following Infor/Lawson S3 Global HR modules: Core HR, Benefits, Health & Safety.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing end-to-end projects, including requirement gathering, business analysis, and AMS. They must also have expertise in troubleshooting configuration errors, database errors, job failures, extensions, and interfaces. Experience with version Infor HCM CloudSuite v11.0.1, Mingle 11, and Mingle 12 is highly desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-10 years of experience in Infor Global HR/Lawson
- Bachelor's Degree and Master's in human resource management
- Experience in end-to-end implementation projects
- Expertise in Infor/Lawson S3 Global HR modules
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical skills in Java, JavaScript, JSP, and SQL
- Experience in using Infor ION, Infor Process Automation/Developer (IPA/IPD)
