Restaurant Lead

We are seeking a professional to lead our restaurant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, conducting shift briefings, and ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained.
About the Role
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for:
• Leading daily restaurant operations
• Conducting shift briefings
• Ensuring quick resolution of guest complaints
• Overseeing cash handling, banking, and security procedures
• Preparing daily banking, cash flow, and P&L reports
• Supervising menu design, wine list updates, and service standards
• Managing stock control, indenting, and inventory
• Ensuring equipment and facilities are maintained to high standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
• A diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or F&B Service (preferred)
• Minimum 6-7 years' experience in F&B operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role (preferably in hotels)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Literacy skills - reading, writing, and basic maths
• A flexible approach to work, including weekends and holidays
• Physical fitness - able to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 23 kg
