About The Role:

  • Grow distribution and market share in rural operations.
  • Deploy QR and sound boxes extensively and sell products.
  • Recruit sales teams to align and drive business in the market.
  • Coach and mentor sales teams to grasp new ideas and concepts.
  • Plan market size, span, and geographies for sales teams.
  • Communicate plans and targets effectively to minimize expectations vs delivery gaps.
  • Monitor quality parameters as suggested by management.
  • Validate and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales done by teams.
  • E nsure team members are in the market regularly.
  • Develop good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively.
  • Sell cross-sales products to merchants, such as merchant loans and personal loans.
  • Have a good understanding of lending products.
  • Able to train and groom manpower allocated to you.
