Marketing Lifecycle Professional

This role oversees the development and execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns to foster customer retention and revenue growth.

A key focus area is building segmentation and cohorts (new, active, dormant, high-value, churn-risk) for targeted campaign strategies. The selected candidate will work directly in lifecycle tools (WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, Braze, HubSpot).

The ideal candidate will deliver weekly dashboards on retention KPIs: cohort performance, churn trends, campaign ROI. Key qualifications include 4–6 years of experience in retention / lifecycle marketing at a consumer app, D2C brand, or subscription business. Additionally, hands-on mastery of automation & CRM tools (WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, or similar) is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Build and manage segmentation and cohorts.
  • Work with lifecycle tools.
  • Deliver retention KPI dashboards.

Required Skills:
  • 4–6 years of experience in retention / lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on mastery of automation & CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical chops: cohort analysis, RFM models, funnel breakdowns.
  • Creative ability to craft engaging lifecycle messaging that converts.
