SEREKO is India's 1st Psychodermatology brand that with its unique bend that aims to reverse the effects of Mental stress on the Skin. The company intends to market and sell its D2C brand portfolio, spanning Topical Skincare products with complementing Nutraceuticals (supplements) to treat the skincare concerns in stream along with providing surface solutions. Key Responsibilities:1.

Customer Retention & EngagementDevelop and execute retention marketing campaigns to increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value (LTV). Identify key customer segments and personalize marketing strategies to enhance engagement. Monitor churn rates and implement strategies to improve retention.2.

Email & SMS MarketingPlan, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns via email and SMS.Create automated workflows, including welcome series, post-purchase follow-ups, and win-back campaigns. A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize performance.3. Loyalty & Subscription ProgramsAssist in managing customer loyalty and rewards programs.

Work on subscription models to improve customer retention and reduce churn. Analyze program effectiveness and suggest improvements.4. Customer Segmentation & PersonalizationUse customer data and behavioral insights to create targeted marketing strategies.

Segment customers based on purchase history, engagement levels, and preferences. Personalize email and SMS campaigns to enhance customer experience.5. Data Analysis & OptimizationTrack and analyze key retention metrics such as repeat purchase rate, churn rate, and LTV.Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify, etc.) to measure campaign performance.

Make data-driven recommendations to optimize retention marketing efforts.6. Cross-functional CollaborationWork with product, customer service, and paid marketing teams to align retention efforts. Support brand messaging consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Collaborate on customer experience improvements based on feedback and engagement data. Required Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience: 2-4 years in retention marketing, CRM, or email marketing, preferably in skincare, beauty, or e-commerce.Skills:Proficiency in email/SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, etc.).
