Job Summary

The Sales Manager cum Consultant will be responsible for driving clinic sales, building client relationships, and providing expert consultation on skin and hair treatments. The role requires a blend of sales expertise, customer service, and aesthetic treatment knowledge to convert leads into satisfied clients while ensuring personalized treatment guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for clinic services and products.
  • Generate new business through walk-ins, referrals, digital leads, and corporate tie-ups.
  • Convert inquiries into consultations and consultations into treatments.
  • Upsell and cross-sell skin, hair, and wellness treatments to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Client Consultation & Relationship Management

  • Conduct professional skin and hair assessments for clients.
  • Understand client needs, concerns, and expectations to recommend suitable treatments.
  • Explain treatment plans, pricing, packages, and pre/post-care protocols clearly.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
  • Handle objections, queries, and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Core Medical & Clinical Expertise

  • • In-depth knowledge of dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
  • • Expertise in skin rejuvenation, anti-aging, and corrective procedures.
  • • Skilled in diagnosing cosmetic skin, hair, and body concerns.
  • • Proficiency in advanced procedures: Botox, Dermal Fillers, PRP, Mesotherapy, Lasers, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, HIFU, etc.
  • • Strong understanding of facial anatomy for safe and precise treatment

Consultation & Patient-Centric Care

  • • Ability to conduct detailed consultations and personalized assessments.
  • • Designing customized treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
  • • Providing pre-procedure counseling and post-treatment care instructions.
  • • Building trust through empathy, patience, and clear communication.
  • • Managing expectations and addressing patient concerns professionally.

Interpersonal & Communication Skills

  • • Strong presentation and counseling skills to explain procedures, risks, and results.
  • • Ability to reassure patients with sensitivity regarding appearance-related concerns.
  • • Confidence in handling patient objections and clarifying doubts.
  • • Maintaining professional rapport for long-term patient retention.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
