Position: Associate Manager Performance Marketing

Location: Noida

About The Role

Were looking for a high-performing Performance Marketing leader with a proven track record of scaling revenue-driven campaigns at renowned D2C brands. You should bring deep expertise across paid acquisition and retention marketing, and be capable of building full-funnel strategies that drive growth, retention, and ROI.

This is a high-impact role demanding strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and analytical excellence. Candidates from top D2C companies with a strong performance marketing pedigree will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and optimize full-funnel paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Bing, Taboola, and Bing.
- Own channel budgets, acquisition metrics, and performance KPIs driving continuous improvement in ROAS.
- Build WhatsApp marketing journeys using platforms like Interakt, Zoko, Gupshup, WATI, or similar.
- Lead customer engagement and retention through platforms like CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage, etc.
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audience segments, landing pages, and messaging funnels.
- Own campaign analytics track performance, generate insights, and optimize based on data.
- Work cross-functionally with tech, design, product, and content teams to drive business impact.
- Stay on top of digital trends, performance tools, and marketing innovations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years at a leading D2C brand.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and mobile user acquisition.
- Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel drop-offs, and retention metrics.
- Proven experience with WhatsApp Business APIs via Zoko, WATI, Interakt, Gupshup, or similar tools.
- Proficiency with retention platforms like CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools like GA4, Tag Manager, Excel, or Tableau.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred.
- A strong portfolio or examples of campaigns that scaled revenue and improved retention.
