HR Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring top talent.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including setting KPIs, conducting appraisals and providing guidance on employee development.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
  • Provide support for employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, training programs and performance incentives.
  • Address employee queries regarding compensation, benefits and HR policies.
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects, such as workforce planning, diversity and inclusion programs and organizational development.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
