About the Role:

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to lead our CRM efforts and drive business growth.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in customer relationship management, sales, and marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate CRM and experience in managing customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to improve customer relationships and drive sales growth
  • Manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Enhance customer experience through personalized communication and timely follow-ups
  • Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies
  • Plan and monitor accurate and timely sales documentation
  • Contribute to the overall standardization of data, formats, and MIS
Requirements:
  • Grad/BE/MBA full-time with a minimum 4-10 years of experience in real estate CRM
  • Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies
  • A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in the organization
What We Offer:

Larsen & Toubro offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
