Job Description

The Territory Business Manager is responsible for driving sales growth in assigned territories by achieving sales targets and expanding market share.

This role involves promoting divisional products according to strategy, building relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating strategy building, and serving as a brand ambassador.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote divisional products according to established strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and stockiests.
  • Facilitate strategy building and serve as a brand ambassador.
Requirements
  • A degree in BSc/B. Pharma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar field or excellent communication and analytical skills for fresher candidates.
  • Prior/current experience in the same therapy area is preferred but not mandatory.
Working Style
  • Field work with minimal direct day-to-day supervision.
  • Daily reporting on assigned online system.
