Job Title: Strategic Support Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Strategic Support Partner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our founder, while also contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to take on new challenges and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shadow and execute tasks assigned by the founder, including attending meetings, capturing decisions, and following up on deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, government officials, investors, and partners.
  • Coordinate internal team building and talent acquisition efforts, including running hiring pipelines and coordinating weekly rhythms and review notes.
  • Support strategy and new venture development, including researching markets, sizing opportunities, and building lean business cases.
  • Assist with mergers and acquisitions, including building target lists, teasers, and light IMs, and coordinating diligence checklists and data rooms.
  • Contribute to ecosystem development, including drafting MoUs, planning roundtables and roadshows, and converting conversations into partnerships.
  • Create crisp decks, one-pagers, and founder updates, as well as write clear emails and minutes.
  • Plan itineraries, visas, invites, and on-ground logistics with zero-miss execution.
Requirements:
  • 0-3 years of experience in consulting, startup operations, business development, VC/PE, HR/talent, or as a founder's EA/Chief-of-Staff.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and research skills.
  • Operator mindset with bias for action, structured thinking, and high ownership.
  • Tools proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office (advanced Sheets/Excel & Slides/PPT), Notion/Asana, Zoom, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce). ATS basics a plus.
  • Social savvy with comfort in LinkedIn posting, analytics, and light content edits.
  • Stamina and flexibility with long days, fast travel, and shifting priorities.
