  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management

Lead the design and implementation of a globally consistent talent strategy that meets business needs.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business requirements and talent gaps.
  • Design and deliver targeted development programs to build leadership capabilities.
  • Maintain a network of external partners to access diverse talent pools.
Organization Design and Change Management

Lead organizational design initiatives to create agile and effective structures that drive business growth.

  • Analyze business requirements and develop innovative solutions to address talent gaps.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement organizational changes.
Culture Development and Employee Engagement

Foster a culture of innovation, diversity, and inclusion to drive business success.

  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies that promote a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to define and communicate cultural values.
Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain a network of external partners to access diverse perspectives.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on talent-related matters.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 6-8 years of experience in HR, preferably in a strategic partner role.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with key stakeholders.
  • A bias for action, hunger for growth, flexibility, and resilience.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
