Are you a strategic partner who can help business units drive HR strategies aligned with business goals? We're seeking an Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders and employees to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, performance management, and talent initiatives.
About the Role- This is a key role that will act as a consultant and change agent, helping to shape the people agenda within the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
HR Partnering & Strategy- Act as a point of contact for business leaders on all HR-related matters.
- Support the execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Drive onboarding, confirmation, promotion, and exit processes for the business unit.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and ensure timely redressal.
- Monitor employee engagement and lead initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Support the annual performance appraisal cycle, goal setting, and continuous feedback.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs in collaboration with L&D.
- Work with managers to improve team and individual performance.
- Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, and productivity to identify trends and suggest interventions.
- Maintain and update HR records and systems (HRMS).
- To ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of all data dealt with in course of work
- Liaise with COEs (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, L&D) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Support company-wide HR projects and initiatives.
