Client Relations Specialist

We are seeking a talented Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Unomono in New Delhi. This role involves working closely with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in social media marketing, branding, and advertising processes. They will be responsible for maintaining realistic timelines, handling client relationships, and delivering creative value to businesses.
This role also entails initial training on Facebook Ads Manager backend to plan and post social media campaigns and ads weekly, driving sales for various businesses. Additionally, the successful candidate will prepare monthly advertising social reports for clients.
Key areas of work include client liaison and management, brand ideation and inputs, creative team briefing, management, and coordination, social media planning, posting, and reporting, and creating brand presentations.
Synopsis of Job Deliverables:
- Working with the creative director and creative team to create timelines and pipeline structures for projects to meet client commitments.
- Pitching forward ideas and creatives to clients, convincing them of strategies the agency may suggest, maintaining meeting notes, and timelines on projects internally and externally.
- Vendor management on smaller projects.
- Responsible for monthly social media presentation structure, ideas, and flow for all presentations made by the agency to their clients.
- Research – Initial research for upcoming projects and sharing information with the creative team.
- Ideation – proactively contributing towards ideas and brainstorming towards the initial phases of a project and on all social media accounts monthly.
- Software skills & knowhow of PowerPoint / Word / Google Slides/ Excel.
- Being open to learning and exposure on a variety of creative projects.
- Maintain an understanding of the latest design trends and their role within a commercial environment and being able to inspire the creative team through fortnightly creative sessions.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- To have a professional approach to time and deadlines with the ability to work within a time-sensitive and reactive environment.
- Being social media savvy and coordinating, posting, and reporting along with coming up with social media strategy on assigned accounts and tracking and deploying campaigns on the backend of Facebook and Instagram – with monthly reports presented to clients.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience.
