Key Responsibilities
• Develop a marketing communications plan, including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics
• Create and implement media relations strategies to secure high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media
• Coordinate all public relations activities, including social media engagement and content creation
• Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media outlets
• Manage media inquiries and interview requests, ensuring a positive and professional representation of the company
• Analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth

Requirements
• Proven working experience in public relations, with a track record of designing and executing successful campaigns at both local and national levels
• Strong relationships with local and national business and industry media outlets, with the ability to act as a company spokesperson
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging content for press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations
• Solid experience with social media, including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms
• Event planning experience, with the ability to coordinate logistics and execute events successfully
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
