Direct Sales Processes Operations Manager

  • Overview:

The Direct Sales Processes Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between dealers, vendors, and the city sales team. This position is responsible for managing backend operations, subscriptions, procurement, and reporting.

This role supports daily sales operations, maintains high productivity levels, and ensures accurate execution of sales initiatives. The Direct Sales Processes Operations Manager works closely with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall performance.

  • Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily with dealers, vendors, and the city sales team for operational requirements. Ensure timely order processing in the CRM and manage renewals and new acquisitions. The Direct Sales Processes Operations Manager oversees subscriptions for publications, manages complaints, and resolves issues efficiently. Additionally, this role is responsible for procuring and distributing promotional materials, overseeing backend team productivity, and implementing orders as per guidelines.

Maintain accurate MIS tracking and prepare timely reports for management. Support other operational functions as required by the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in direct sales processes operations.
  • Experience in sales operations, coordination, or backend support roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in SAP and Salesforce.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
