Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Process Manager to oversee technology risk management activities in the manufacturing process. As an ERP Process Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance and managing user access privileges.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures for business transaction data processing to ensure Data Integrity and Business Continuity.
  • Ensuring ERP user management access privileges and password security.
  • Ensuring Regulatory compliance for Manufacturing processes.
  • Managing Technology risk management activity in ERP for Manufacturing processes.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plan for Business continuity.
  • Configuring Regulatory requirements for critical fields and validating for Manufacturing processes in Plants.
  • Integrating ERP with Government Portal APIs, requiring master configuration and management.
  • Customizing Legal document output Forms as PFI, e-Invoice Copies, COA, PO interfacing with customers and vendors.
  • Identifying High, Medium, and Low priority user issues in daily business processes.
  • Developing MIS reports for compliance with Regulatory and Finance requirements.
  • Identifying user issues that can be solved through front-end or back-end solutions, involving service providers when necessary.
  • Ensuring Security of transactions by configuring against Backdated updates and unwanted user access based on user role and access privilege levels.
  • Monitoring System implementation, Support, system analysis, application & data integration, and logical system security.
  • Ensuring ERP Software is up-to-date with Latest Builds for compliance with GST and TDS requirements, coordinating with Service providers and consultants.
  • Troubleshooting all Technology issues.
  • Formulating an overall strategy and policy for an effective and efficient ERP process.
  • Monitoring, managing, and maintaining all ERP Business Processes.
  • Purchasing, receiving, and accounting for ERP module upgrades to improve business processes.
  • Coordinating with Plant IT and other teams for ERP implementation and support.
  • Building and managing a stable, disciplined, and result-oriented team with successful leadership.
  • Identifying training needs for team members and providing formal training and hand-holding guidance.
  • Maintaining employee morale by creating a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Motivating/mentoring/counselling to achieve desired performance.
Qualifications:

A Graduate from Technical (BE/BCA)/Master (MBA/PGDBM/MCA) with minimum 5-year experience in ERP modules (Purchase, Inventory, Production, Quality control, Sales, Export, Finance, HR Payroll and Personal)

Required Skills:

SQL, Excel Pivot, ERP technical Module RDF and DLD, Knowledge of tables and Fields to access transactional data and Master data. Functional modules (Purchase, Inventory, Production, Quality control, Sales, Export, Finance, HR Payroll and Personal) with business process knowledge are essential

Preferred Skills:
