We are seeking an experienced senior manager to lead our Oracle ERP Engineering team in Hyderabad.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

\
  • \
  • Leading and managing a high-performing team of engineers, senior engineers, and principal engineers.\
  • Driving performance management, including goal setting, regular check-ins, coaching, and annual reviews.\
  • Partnering with HR to manage talent development, employee engagement, retention, and career growth.\
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to engineers and principal engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.\
  • Acting as the on-site leader, ensuring smooth communication between US leadership and India-based team members.\
  • Working closely with US leadership to align on guidance, strategic direction, and resource planning, ensuring global priorities are translated into actionable team outcomes.\
  • Supporting workforce planning, including hiring, onboarding, and skill development.\
  • Championing values of diversity, inclusion, and belonging in everyday team practices.\
  • Ensuring team alignment with global ERP delivery standards and business priorities.\
  • Promoting employee well-being, work-life balance, and recognition programs.\

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • \
  • 12+ years of IT/ERP/EPM experience, with at least 3+ years in a people management or team leadership role.\
  • Strong experience in performance management, coaching, and talent development.\
  • Proven ability to build high-performing teams and foster employee engagement.\
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate globally.\
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.\
  • Adaptability, empathy, and resilience in dynamic environments.\
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels of the organization.\
  • Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills.\
  • Ability to foster collaboration, trust, and accountability within the team.\
  • Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.\
  • Mandatory skills: Oracle GL and Subledger Accounting.\
  • Nice-to-have skills: Experience managing Oracle ERP/EPM engineering teams, familiarity with HR processes and tools, exposure to Agile delivery models and global collaboration practices.\
