About the Role

We are seeking a Sales & Operations Intern to support both business development and backend operations for our B2B jobs and careers platform. The role combines sales coordination, client support, and backend data updation to ensure smooth execution and efficiency across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and client coordination.
- Backend Data Updation: Manage accurate data entry and updation for B2B jobs, careers, and client records in internal systems.
- Operations: Track deliverables, maintain sales reports, and support process efficiency.
- Client Engagement: Participate in drafting proposals, presentations, and communications for prospective clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Skills & Requirements

- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage backend data efficiently.
- Good communication and coordination skills for client interaction.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
- Interest in B2B sales and operations within a platform/startup environment.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced setup.
