Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Amravati for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, cultivating relationships with Doctor, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also includes new sales staff, coordinating marketing campaigns, and working closely with other departments to ensure the attainment of sales goals. Additional tasks may include market research, preparing sales reports, and participating in promotional events.

**Qualifications

B-pharm, D-pharm, BSC. 0 to 2 years of experience**

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Sales skills and proven experience in achieving sales targets
  • Experience in Training and mentoring sales staff
  • Knowledge in Sales & Marketing and implementing effective marketing strategies
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments
  • Relevant experience in the international trade industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
